Meditation, what’s that?
Meditation is the simultaneous action of relaxing the body
and focusing the mind. This enables one to calm the mind, relax
and release tension from the body, deepen concentration and
insight, balance the emotions, develop spiritually, and reduce
stress and anxiety. Meditation has been used by all religions
since ancient times for spiritual growth. Recently, interest
in meditation has increased in the West, as it is a valuable
tool for finding stress relief and relaxation in a fast-paced,
modern world.
