I’ve never tried yoga; will I be able to participate in the class?

Yes! 

Our certified instructors teach to all levels.

More than 50% of our students are beginners.

Don’t worry if you find a pose challenging or feel that you are not doing it properly. Your flexibility, stamina, and body alignment will improve with practice.

First listen to your body and do not force yourself into an uncomfortable posture. Second, always let your instructor know if you have any health conditions or injuries that may limit your ability to perform a posture.
